About Us - We are a family run business established in 1991 and have since gained an incredible reputation throughout the Kent community. Our friendly, helpful and experienced members of staff are always on hand to offer advice when requested and take great pride in offering the very best animal feed around. Our staff have many years’ experience and have undertaken many of the feed manufacturers training schemes in order to be able to assist you. We also have direct access to many companies help lines and can contact them whilst you are in store to help with any questions. We have a large car park with excellent access and will always assist you with your purchases to your car. Whether you have been searching for a specific flavour of dry dog food or exotic bird feed, we are the premier pet shop in Sandwich.
Mandy
- Mandy - Established Sandwich Animals Feeds in 1991, Mandy has an extensive knowledge of a wide range of feed and healthcare products, as well as being an SQP for the advice and sale of wormers and flea treatment. Mandy has a life-long obsession with horses and currently has two horses, one of which she competes at dressage competitions. Mandy has also been an animal producer for over 10 years and can offer great advice on feeding and rearing pigs, sheep and goats.
Michelle
- Michelle – An experienced herdsman, shepherd and large scale free range egg producer, Michelle has been involved with the farming and rural community throughout her life. Michelle also has a lot of experience with horses and is District Commissioner of the East Kent Hunt Pony Club and previously worked at the Saddle Rack in Hawkinge. With four children, four ponies, four dogs and a flock of sheep at home Michelle comes to work for a rest!
Katie
Katie joined us 5years ago to work on Saturdays whilst still at college. She has since joined us as a full time very valuable member of staff. She has many varied animals of her own such as horses, dogs, cats and rabbits. Having grown up at Sandwich Animal Feeds she is very knowledgeable about the stock we sell and the animals we cater for. Also as the youngest she keeps the rest of us on our toes.
